1991 we have been providing quality products and services to
new construction to older home remodeling, we provide quality
millwork services using the latest equipment, manufacturing
flooring, doors, trim, paneling and kitchen cabinets to your
specifications. We will work with you hands-on, using our experience
to help you choose the best choices for your project.
In 1992, we started sawing logs on
a portable Woodmizer bandsaw mill. A year later, we built a small
shop containing a few woodworking machines to plane/surface lumber.
Next a small kiln was added to dry the sawn lumber for my customers.
The shop and services continued to grow. We began manufacturing
such products as casing, base, and hardwood floor.
In June of 2005, a lightening strike
caused a fire that completely destroyed the business we had worked
so hard to develop over a thirteen-year period.
The decision to restart the business
was made easily by the number of requests we had from customers
asking when we would rebuild and when they could order from me.
With help from a wonderful family
and loyal friends, we were able to have the shop and business
up and running within a six-month period. A generous neighbor
offered the use of a large vacant building on his property at
a reasonable rate to rent. This building is near the old location
and is larger and more efficient than the previous shop. We once
again am able to provide quality products from various hardwoods.
In 2007,we acquired a source of
antique lumber and can now offer custom-made products in a variety
of antique lumber species. See our antique
lumber link for information. Our company now also manufactures
hardwood interior doors and kitchen cabinets. Our focus has always
been on doing custom orders of these products.
The journey so far has been more
than we ever could have imagined. We look forward to what the
future holds and continue to offer customers the same attention
to detail that we have always offered.
